Mirage Lab Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on Miragelab within 7 days of the receipt. In case of returns, we will refund the amount you paid for the products. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

1. Certain cosmetics, deodorants, perfumes, hair accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.

2. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original conditionwith all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. Healthare Device must be packed in the original shoe box as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with.

3) In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift/offer item(s).

RETURNS

To return a product to divony.in, please follow these steps:

a) Create a Returns Request online . You can return almost all products purchased from Miragelab.in within 7 days of receiving the product. Follow the screens that come up after clicking on 'Return a Product' button. Please make a note of the Return ID that that we generate at the end of the process.

b) Fill out a returns form: You can use the returns form that was sent with the order or download and print one at the link available by clicking on your return ID. If you don't have the returns form or can't access a printer, please write the following information on a sheet of paper and use that sheet as the returns form:

i) Order No

ii) Return Id

c) Keep the item ready for pick up. You can choose to schedule a pick-up of your order..

d) Please put the product with accompanying tag and a filled out returns form in a packet. Leave the packet ready and open to expedite the return pickup. Our staff will initially examine the product at the time of pickup and a further quality check of the product will be conducted at our Distribution Center. Once your product has been approved by our quality staff we will credit your account with cashback.

EXCHANGE

If you would like to exchange some products purchased from Miragelab.in please follow these steps:

a) Create an exchange request online. You can exchange any product purchased from Miragelab.in within 7 days of delivery. Please select the item you wish to exchange. You will be able to proceed and generate an exchange id. Please note down your exchange id for future reference.

b) Fill out a returns form for the original product that you are exchanging. You can use the returns form that was sent with the original order. If you don't have a returns form, please write the following information on a sheet of paper and use this sheet as the returns form.

i) Original Order Id

ii) Exchange Order Id

c) Place the product in a packet but do not seal it. In the packet, please include the product along with the tags that it came with and a completed returns form.

d) Hand over the original product to our delivery staff and receive the exchange item from him. Please ensure that you have the original item available with you at the same address which has been selected for delivery of the exchange item.

REFUND

It can take up to 15 days for you to receive your refund. We take up to 2 days to process the refund once we receive the product at our returns processing facility. Therefore the return time really depends on the time it takes the courier company to deliver the packet to the returns processing facilty.

When the return of a product is duly accepted , the value of such product, as originally paid by you during acceptance of delivery of product or otherwise, will be refunded to You. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and Divony.in or the approved payment gateway will credit your refunds directly into Your debit/credit card or online accounts or provide you with a cheque in this regard.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel an order until it has been processed by going to the website. This includes items purchased on sale. Any amount you paid will be refunded to you.

If you have selected cash on delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order. If you have made your payment using a credit card, debit card, or net banking and would like a refund to your bank account, please get in touch with our customer support team.

SHIPPING POLICY

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us in our website.

1) We offer FREE Shipping on selected products ordered through Divony.in

2) Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

3) We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2-3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 5 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers.

4) We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

5) To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

6) While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

7) If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

8) Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
